Hi, I’m Jen

As a contemporary artist and color-enthusiast, my aim is to add beauty and goodness into this world through colorful art, creative design and a giving-hand. My hope is that my art brings a smile to your heart each time you look at it, allowing the worries of the world to fade away, even if only for a moment. Nature’s whimsy continues to inspire me and usually makes its way into each piece of art I create. There is so much magic in the world to appreciate and explore!

As a child, I grew up in a few different cities, but officially became a "Texan" at the age of ten, where I now enjoy living in San Antonio (since 2007!). My intermediate years were inspired by my artist grandmother, who taught me how to draw and let me explore all types of media. With a minor degree in graphic design, I am largely self-taught and consider myself a student of life. Always learning. Always changing. Just like my artwork.

I approach each project as with as much detail and care as I would if were my own business or home, never taking for granted the wonderful blessing it is to paint for a living! If you’d like to add a custom mural or commissioned artwork to your space, I’d love to chat!
